What I have learnt throughout this brief?

While doing this brief I have to research anything that links to "Age" as its part of my theme.
One of my research was Age Discrimination, from this research I learnt that individual people are being discriminated against due to their age e.g. a 50 years old women and 20 years old lady would like to apply for a job as a chef and the employer might desided to employ the 20 years old rather than a 50 years old because the lady is more attentiveness in a job OR the employee might desided to employ a 50 years old womean because she have more experiences.
