Design Methods in Art and Design

This is a new brief that was given out on the 17th March. On this brief we have to research about design cycle to understand how the cycle work in the designing and to undersstand the important of every stage, we also have to research about Equality and Diversity as it is part of our theme then you will pick your subject randomly out of a bag and then you would researched in depth about the subject you've picked.



For my subject I've picked "Age", at first when I received this subject my mind keep telling me "Oh my god, Age? Age? Age?.... what can I do with this, there i'snt very much to research about acept from Age Discrimination!" but then after we had a tutorial with Nic in Pattern cutting, my mind chaged my thinking, this time I started to think "I can do it, it easy, not difficult just got to concentrate and get on with it" after I told myself like this, my mind calm my self down which produce concious and my brain start to storm and links what relates to my subject.

OMG! I have never realize and notice how useful these calendar that Gemma put up on the coridors is until the day Nic said to me " Look, I bet you never look at these closely to notice something". Yes, if you look at the calendar, its shows that from1900s to late 1950s they advertise by illustrate and start to advertise by photo in the 1960s.
